Cancellation & Refund Policy — Niru Creations

At Niru Creations, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality garments and exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy below for complete details.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at support@niru-creations.com with your order number.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- To request a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and customized garments are non-refundable.
- Worn, washed, or damaged garments will not be accepted for return.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Please email us at support@niru-creations.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original source (credit card, UPI, net banking).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request bank details for refund processing.
